Yeah, problem is that these sliders don't fix much. Ive spent last 7 years to try desperately fix at least some of the stuff you made now possible with the codes haha.

But any of these have no effect on this bug, or.the Accels that we fixed.
The game is just very poorly tuned, due to the lack of time and resources the devs had.
Most of the animations run in hyper speed, which made this game look like a movie from 1920s Lol. Non of it can be fixed with sliders.

If you go to edit player, there you have about 10 player attributes that you can edit. One of them is the "hustle" attribute, which should affect how a player use full speed. I go ahead and change this attribute to 100% for all the defenders in the league and it has 0 effect on our bug.
You're using hall of fame setting in difficulty, right? Do you see the issue with pro setting?
You are right that the bug might be less obvious with the pro settings, because there all players skating basically in the same speed. No matter if they skate forward, backwards, full speed, sideways or whatever, they are moving in the same constant speed, even when they accelerating. Which is not the way to fix issues imo Smile

Basically yes, just tuned a bit.

I think if you put the speed burst and/or skating speed at Max, you will overstate the defender everytime

Yes, I can see the issue on pro settings. Just not as frequently, because defenders skate almost at the same speed just by using the glide/crusicru animation, as if they were using correct Max speed animation
With Pro settings do they do the one hand on the stick running when it bugs? Or do you see it happen with LT running?

I'm wondering if the solution is fixing how one of these options interacts with the game.
Nope, its exactly the same, no matter which difficulty level you use. It just not happen that often. But if it happens, it's always the same.
That means on breakaway situations, when the defense should chase you as fast as they can, they just skate very slowly with the stick in both hands.

That applies on the 2 defenders only. The other 3 players (forwards) are able to use Max speed (the sprint animation with the stick in one hand)
ok. I'll try to tune the options to make it happen frequently and see if I can see where it makes the decision. I found where it flags your movement state (slow run = 6, fast run = 7), so I'm hoping there's something there that can do it. Since we don't want defenders to become attackers or anything.

If there are any options you want to me tweak to magnify their effect I might be able to.
Sounds awesome!

You mean the options from the gameplay perspective?
Definitely more options = better, so anything you find throw it at me please Smile
I think this is too broad to be correct, but we sometimes stumble upon good things. Check if the animation is correct but the speed is still wrong.

I mean if you tried to tweak something under options -> difficulty or maybe a player attribute to achieve a certain effect, but failed due to the option being too constrained, I could make it more powerful.
Wow, that would be super handy!
So fro example passing accuracy slider have close to zero effect, pass interceptions is another.
CPU dumping frequency would be nice to have much significant effect too.

And yeah, the acceleration slider probably not working at all. But we already have great tools for that.

For the actual player attributes:
Puck handling attribute have very little effect on the players right now and the hustle not working for the defense probably.
Poke check would be useful too.

And btw., Options>Presentation, if you scroll down, there is a puck shadow switch, maybe you can find a puck size somewhere at that place?
Hah!
So I think you found it!!!

Honestly, I thought this will be too difficult and you nailed it this fast. That is AMAZING Smile
