that would not wrong at all, but a good thing actually!

Because player (or AI) use LT only for skating back or to the sides, which should be slower than straight.

I've been playing with it all day and I think we will use even that second code. It smoothes the full speed skating/puck physics with the accels a bit. It actually made goalie movent little less jerky too.
Im really happy how it's shaping now, looks and FEELS like the much more polished game to me

The top level speed modifier is here, By default it's 0.016 so if you want to play around with editing insert like 0.010 or such. You are changing the value directly rather than scaling it by a fraction. I don't think I need any data from testing this code, but thought I might as well post it. Could just break things I guess.
