The last code affects both with and without the puck, correct?
I will try a few full games to see if its stable for all players...
It shouldn't affect the puck holder. If it does I'll try something different.

As far as the bugs goes... so far I haven't experienced anything I wouldn't like, I think.

Well, I see some instances where the end of some animation is suddenly slowed down. But as it is very rare, don't happen all the time, I kinda like it. It makes the animations little more diverse.
As in this video. The goalie makes a normal save, but then he stays sitting on the ice for a while, which never happened before. Hah, it is actually kinda realistic this way.
And when I put the base speed of the accels to something more reasonable like 0.3 (got it now on 0.1 for testing purposes) I think it might look even more subtle.

I think I know what's happening. I gave it 100 frames of space before the SOFT accel code kicks in, so you're probably hitting that limit with small ramping values. Either that or the goalie animation is triggering accel values when it shouldn't.

I'm not seeing the player's character getting affected while possessing the puck. What mode are you testing in?

Also these codes overlap with the HARD accel and SOFT accel codes that I made before. Do I need to combine them?
I'm testing in practice and in a quick game.
I have turned the HARD accel and SOFT accel codes OFF.
it does clearly affect the puck carriers too on my side.

Try this one. I set the values to zero so it'd be obvious for me. Tapping LT can override the frozen movement. If it doesn't work try turning off all other codes.

But it is little too fast when its completely turned off. Do you think you can do a separate code for slowing the accels with the puck?
It can be just 1 code for every accels with the puck.
What were we using HARD and SOFT accel codes for? Would those work for when you have the puck?
