I've downloaded 5 different builds of Dolphin and I don't seem to be able to select D3D for any of them. All that's available is OGL and Software. Any ideas?

I really want to play windwaker >.<

Specs:
AMD X2 6000+ 3Ghz
ATI 4870 1GB
4GB of RAM

(that should be all the pertinent info)
