I'm not expecting it to. I just needed a okay laptop for college and this one came bundled with a lot of stuff. In about 5 months though I want to get another one. Is their one I can get for $2500 or less that can Dolphin almost perfectly? Can someone provide links to a good one from USA websites.
For Dolphin , you will need a gaming laptop , a very powerful one , not a business class or any kind of ultrabook or tablet
The cheapest of the bunch is Dell 7559

For futureproof , this one is a better choice
and you can overclock CPU if you want to , unlike the Dell
Here's a rule of thumb: Anything with an AMD CPU is a bad choice for Dolphin.

This should run anything you will throw at it.
OriginPC is a reseller , they sell the same stuff with the higher price
Most of their laptops came from either Clevo or MSI, they rebrand and re-customize these laptops and sell them to you
Here is the original laptop
It has a desktop CPU which is very good. Though I'm not sure if you can carry 7.5 pounds laptop to school ... That's too heavy to be a laptop in my opinion
Oh, and if you add 2 power adapter to the count (Yup these kind of laptops use 2 adapter , not 1) , the total weight will be more than 8.5 pounds
My clevo gaming laptop weighs only 4.5 pounds ...

I can play Dolphin fine on my relatively cheap mini HP notebook I use at school. This machine should definitely be able to play Dolphin just fine, without major enhancements of course.
No. Wrong. Please don't listen to that.

Unless you're also using an AMD CPU, which I somehow doubt. AMD CPUs are terrible for Dolphin. Worst single threaded performance you could waste money on. Pretty much any intel CPU in the past 4-5 years beats it.
