Full Version: NVIDIA 920M 4GB (laptop) vs. 920 4GB(pc)?

Is there some HUGE difference between the two? I'm playing on my laptop.

Another question (obvious but...) Intel Graphics 5500 vs. NVIDIA GeForce 920M? Because I have both GPUs
There is no GT 920. Nvidia no longer make low end desktop GPU!

The weakest of the 900 series is GTX 950
The GT 920M is a rebrand of Kepler GT 730M which is pretty old and weak but it should be fine as long as you stick at 720p

Don't run Dolphin on the Intel GPU. The NVIDIA GeForce 920M will handle it much better especially if its up to date on drivers. It all has to do with alleviating bottlenecks and splitting the workload evenly. Your system is MUX-less which means the Intel graphics chip is for the display rendering only and the Nvidia GeForce 920M does all the hard work rendering within applications that demand more than what the display renderer can deliver.
