l have many issues but the biggest one is that l have a good mac but it runs bad, in Silent Hill SM l had to alterate the CPU clock to make it "playable" now for the law of murphy l cannot play it just crash and when l play mario galaxy 2 it looks good but the sound its bad l think l can solve it if I use another backend like the Direct3d 12 but l cannot find a way to install it.

That's not possible (unless you install another operating system). macOS only supports OpenGL and Metal, and Dolphin doesn't support Metal, so you can only use OpenGL.

Get a better computer, preferably one that runs Windows.
Install linux or Windows with Bootcamp

thank you but it wouldn't run slowly?
It will probably run faster.
BootCamp, unlike Parallels or other software, does not emulate Windows or Linux, but runs it natively on the hardware just like macOS. And it would run faster because Macs have shitty drivers for their OpenGL and don't support some of the features that Dolphin using so it has to fall back to older, slower methods.
Apple has stopped supporting OpenGL. They don't update their info pages at all
