Not much, actually. Something like 2 years I believe ?
I think it was Puyo Pop Fever or Wario World, my memory can fail tho, it's old now...
Looks like an interesting project the Switch emulator. But as of now, there is not much use in speculating yet. The emulator seems to be in it's early existence. Could very likely take a year or two before it becomes useful for the public (aka, being able to run commercial games at a consistent frame-rate).

Uhh, The Wind Waker? I really don't know. Wasn't The Wind Waker the primary focus for demonstrating Dolphin when it was new?

Define "first game emulated". It could be either the first game that Dolphin suceeded into booting, loading and opening a new save file. Perhaps even being able to give input and run around. Or just being able to boot and face the black screen afterwards. Or... The game that could be completed from start to finish.

The first game to, at least, show the title screen (even with glitches).
Playing with cardboard has never been so fun.

I need the robot. RIP my wallet.
It looks cool, but not my thing. Used to be into Legos as a kid, and I like building stuff as an adult. I just don't like mixing it with video games.

Don't get me wrong, I think this is a great thing Nintendo came up with. A lot of people forget that they literally were toy makers before (and during) the NES, so something like this is right up their alley. Being able to make your own games would be wild, and the fact that they're going to make the cardboard designs freely available means it'll be cheap too. I think it's a winner for a lot of people.

I'd like to Yuzu compatible with Nintendo Labo one day. Emulated cardboard, you know? Tongue
All it's really doing is using the Joy-con sensors (IR camera/IMU), so if you could figure out what it's looking for, you could theoretically map it to any thing.

Or use bluetooth to connect the Joy-cons, and then make your own cardboard parts.

But preservation is an important part of emulation. We shouldn't assume cardboard will always be around, so we need make sure to digitally emulate the cardboard itself! /s

You got me there
Eventually, I suppose you could have a VR-enabled Switch emulator which would allow you to interact with virtual cardboard.
