Okey Zelda reviews often talk about a masterpiece almost as good as OOT back then.
That, plus all the games May listed...
Even I am excited now. Gnnnnn now I hesitate between buying a Switch or a PS4 (for Persona 5 and NieR Automata). I'm gonna spend all my February earnings on both lol.
I wish they kept the wii u gamepad features, I kind of want to play that version for some reason XD.
I just wanted to write "just take the gamepad out of the dock and use it, duh", but then I realized that doesn't work anymore, lol.
I always felt that the WiiU gamepad was too gimmicky.

This. Always seemed like some weird fusion of DS + Wii controls, kinda.
I really liked the idea of being able to play on games on the pad itself, but the Switch more fully realizes that potential.

I've always hated that term. All it means on the surface is a trick to get sales, which isn't inherently bad. Plus, people use it as a means to describe things they dislike without explaining why. It's dismissive and always seemed like a cop-out to me. To me the problem with the Gamepad was that it was inessential to the experience. Very few games used it well and the price of the console suffered from it.
Zelda BotW currently has a Metacritic score of 98. I'm impressed.
I've also seen people give it a 10/10, I was surprised.
I don't doubt that BotW is an excellent game if that many people are saying it's great, but also remember that there are people who say OoT is the greatest game of all time, which is also not true, nor is it the greatest Zelda game of all time at all. I'm expecting it to be good, not perfect.

Zelda cycle people. People will call it garbage a year from now until the next Zelda is released and then people will talk about how much better BoTW is then its successor. I honestly hope people will realize that Zelda games can only really be considered "bad" when compared to other Zelda titles.
