Also run this on Ubuntu 16.04 on an i5-3570k with an Evga GTX 770 SC ACX edition and 8GB RAM. Still seeing all the afore mentioned behavior. Fresh install of Ubuntu and both the latest Appimage version and PPA presented the same. Tested using the shipped in distro nVidia driver. Any one have any further suggestions for me to try or points I could start to investigate at?
