Huh, interesting. I didn't even know it was possible to delete the Wii Shop Channel without hacks...
New update. Now that Wii Shop Channel works in Dolphin, this channel proceeds to download the file it needs to patch the save. But when it says it's ready to apply the patch, the channel just blacks out after I press the Proceed button. I'm not sure if the patch was applied or not. Well, I guess it's some progress...

Megapsychotron mixed the things. You can't delete the Wii Shop Channel, what the Save Data Restoration channel says is that the save file will cease to work after you fixed it if you unlink your Wii Shop Channel account (you can do that in Wii Shop Channel settings)...
