I have Dolphin 5.0 on Windows 8.1. When I play a Game, and try to move the Cursor, it keeps coming back to the center! I was playing 'Disney's Epic Mickey', and I couldn't even move the Cursor. It took me more than 5 minutes just to move the Cursor to right position, for just a second! Can anyone please help me!?
If you are using the mouse you have to use the default options (for IR). Hit default controller and change your other setting back like they were.

I have set the other Controls as some of my Keyboard Keys. I have only set the 'IR' as the mouse movement.
Reset controls to default and reconfigure other keys. do not touch IR (except width and height, if you need to)
