How well can I run dolphin

Adding to above, some super heavy games might not run at full speed (Silent Hill, Last Story, Rogue Squadron games) just because the clock speed is rather low, but most games should play just fine at full speed.
Metroid prime runs kinda laggy for the most part its 60fps but it does stutter often going into the low 50s and 40s its quite annoying is mp a bitch to emulate or do I just need more clock speed?

MP isn't the easiest game to emulate simply because it has SO many shaders it needs to compile in realtime when you enter a new area, fortunately that gets cached on disk so it doesn't need to recompile again.

put the fullscreen resolution to auto and then disable XFB
You can probably enable "scaled EFB copy" too, or some elements may still look blurry.
