Attempting to run wind-waker on dolphin with a ps3 cpntroller lugged into the usb port. The emulator under gcpad configuration shows the SDL/0/ controller, and assigns button fine (apparently). But nothing works in the game - I must be missing some step ... Is there some way to test the controller is actually giving inputs to the emulator? The controller itself works fine other systems. - elmar
Which config? My computer system specs? On my profile page (Intel® Core™ i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz × 4, nVidia GT240, 4 GB RAM), Kernel Linux 4.4.0-34-generic i686 Mint 18 Sarah 32 bit. Dolphin 4.0.2
Newbie here

no clue as to what you are asking or how to respond. Dolphin tells me this:
SDL/0/Sony Playstation®3 Controller
What do I need to do to give you the info you want?
Show a picture of the window, also which controllers you have plugged in.

So only it and a Logitech joystick are plugged into the usb ports. And now for some reason it has dropped to 20 fps, and the audio is choppy. unplugging the joystick has no effect.

You're using an old version of dolphin, try 5.0
Not available for linux? Only windows and MacOS?
