I have a current MAME cabinet with a 15Khz Arcade Monitor. To work with the 15Khz monitor, I'm using CRT_Emudriver on a older ATI Radeon. This works well for MAME only, but I would like to add Dolphin. The resolution itself on the Arcade Monitor is low.

Can anyone recommend a video card that can be used with a 15Khz monitor AND would work well with Dolphin?

Per the CRT_Emudriver website, the following are supported under Windows 7: Under Windows 7, we support the Radeon HD 2xxx, HD 3xxx and Radeon HD 4xxx families, only for the 64-bit version of the operating system. Are any of these OK??

The rest of the system is:
CPU: Intel Pentium G3258
MB: Asrock H97M Pro4
Ram: 8GB
OS: Win7 64

Thanks in advance.
Make sure you get DX11 card or at least DX10 card . Dolphin no longer support DX9 and OpenGL is slow on AMD GPU
So the minimum requirement would be HD 4xxx . Not sure it's a good idea to buy old video card though . These cards will not last long and your Intel HD iGPU is probably faster than most of them
AMD 4770 is the minimum requirement for 1080p . So if 1080p isn't your thing , get the HD 4670

It appears that the latest version of crt_emu driver supports up to a 7750. Would that and the G3258 be sufficient to run *most games? I think the max resolution that the arcade monitor will do is 640X480.
Once overclocked, there's very little that can't run well on a G3258 that will run well on something else.

Thanks for the reply. Will the 7750 GPU limit anything??
The GPU requirement for 1xIR (480p) is Intel HD 3000
7750 GDDR5 can handle up to 4xIR (2560x2112) and will be overkill for that 640X480
Good to know. I've got a HD 6450 laying around. It appears the CRT_Emu drivers support it. Haven't tried yet....but would that be sufficient?
If you just want 480p, probably?

That GPU is nearly as strong as an Intel HD 3000 GPU, so you'll be okay for 480p in most games.... Probably.
thanks for all the advice. If the 7750 is overkill and the 6450 is probably OK..is there a card between those that would be a better choice?
I'm pretty sure HD 6450 DDR3 version can handle 480p , it has enough memory bandwidth to do so . HD 6450 GDDR5 version which is faster (25.6GB/sec) can handle 720p easily
