In the general configuration, change DSP emulation to HLE. You might also want to change the texture cache accuracy to Fast.

change DSP emulation to HLE - I can't find the option you referring to...?
Open the general configuration window and go to the Audio tab. The DSP emulator engine setting will then be at the top.

"change DSP emulation to HLE" - I still can't see this option
It's at the top of the Capture22.PNG screenshot that you posted. It's currently set to DSP LLE interpreter, which is very bad for the performance.
Looks like that's helping a lot!!
With my current settings and audio performance changed I am getting much better results!
Is there anything else I should change? How can I improve performance/ graphic?
Directx12 is the fastest backend . Unlike OpenGL and DX11 , DX12 is low level API , you will get more FPS with high graphic settings
Dont force FXAA from Nvidia Control Panel
Two types of anti-aliasing at the time (MSAA,FXAA) . No wonder why he got such poor performance
