Well, I was using dolphin perfectly for probably over a week now, internal resolution on 1080p etc, now I can barely run it at all, its not anything wrong with my pc (i dont think) cause i tried running GTA V and Grid 2 and other emulators, and they all ran as they always did and should.
Things i did since it stopped working correctly:
Installed some more of my backups
Installed Bandicam
I dont think any of those are the issue but yeah, my gpu is GTX 750 Ti and my CPU is an AMD A4-5800k at 3.8GHz quad core
Also, when I have the game open and i click Graphics button then it will run perfectly again for about 30 seconds but then lags again.
Well, I think it's not supposed to run perfectly on your computer, because you have an AMD CPU… But since you say it did run perfectly before, I'd guess it's Bandicam, which is a recording software (?) and could reduce your performance when you're recording.
Also, a few things to note:
- You probably already know this, but AMD CPUs have weak single-thread performance, and thus are a bad choice for emulation, including Dolphin.
- Dolphin is not a game or any other emulator. Most games are heavier on the GPU than the CPU, which is why you can get away with weaker CPUs.
- Dolphin ships with game-specific settings files (GameINIs). By opening the Graphics configuration during emulation, you are resetting these settings, some are which are needed to fix issues (for example because a game needs a more accurate setting). Therefore, it's a bad idea to do that.

I deleted bandicam and it still isn't running good at all, my game used to run at 100% and now it runs completely unplayable and horribly, i honestly dont know what else to do (a thing that might cause it is the fan on my cpu isnt very good, causing my pc to be around 60-70 degrees Celsius while idle... (ordering new case fans and cpu fan tomorrow) could the high temperatures cause it?
Sounds like thermal throttling. This of course results in reduced performance. The high temperatures are not the direct cause, but an effect of a broken cooling system. 60-70°C idle is definitely way too hot.

So would this be the cause of the lag?
Your CPU has to reduce its speed (basically) to prevent itself from burning. Do you think this could affect your performance?

i still find this odd though because I was using dolphin this morning perfectly fine
I did a system restore to sometime yesterday and it seems to be working fine now... i tried it with windwaker and it didnt seem to lag except when i was fighting when it makes the music sounds when you hit it would freeze for a split second but im not sure if its the game or an error, anyways ill see how it goes (also when i did the system restore it fixed some other issues ie: my pc was missing a ton of resolutions for some odd reason?)
CPU temp should be around 30-40 degree Celsius at idle , 50-60C at full load
Max safe temp for desktop CPU is 70C ...

I know it's quite worrying I actually avoid using my pc until I get my new cup fan, I'm getting the 212 Evo cause a lot of people say it's good
