32 MB RAM? How do you even load Dolphin at all when it requires at least 100 MB RAM. Hehe, you probably meant 32 GB of RAM.

12 GB for your whole texture pack? Wow, that's quite huge and seems impressive. Those must be 4k textures right? How much RAM would you need to pre-load your texture pack with the progress made so far?

Haha from cassettes just like in good old Zx Spectrum days
32gb of course
Yes, 4k textures. About 13gb right now, uncompressed png. I work on the textures from last February almost every day. If Im counting correctly, I need about 6gb more, mainly for arenas/stadiums environment.
I must say I found fantastic hobby, thanks to Dolphin. I work on textures much more than play the actual games
Wish I know more about writing the codes! That looks like a lot of fun too.

Hi guys,
unfortunately Im here to report another quite a massive performance hit in latest dev versions. About 20fps down to be more precise.
Hopefully it's just temporary.

Uhh, which version do you use? Which settings? And which game does it affect? It is a bit hard currently to know what could have went wrong with such little information provided. Could you find out at which exact revision the issue started occuring? At least personally, I did not notice any slowdown within the latest 100 revisions. Then again, I am playing different games, thus different behaviours. Althrough Vulkan is a bit slower compared to D3D12 with my NVidia GTX 960. The only exception would be Super Mario Sunshine which runs at least 50% faster with Vulkan than with D3D12, OpenGL goes even faster.
A bit off-topic but would any developer know why Super Mario Sunshine and D3D12 don't work well together? OpenGL, D3D11 and Vulkan are just a lot faster than D3D12 for this particular game. So far, it is the only game is have seen where D3D12 can not maintain fullspeed with the 60 FPS Gecko Code. OpenGL is simply the fastest for SMS. At least, when using a NVidia graphics card.

So the last fine version is 5.0-943
After that the NHL 2k11 runs around 20 fps slower.
I play with OpenGL, 4K resolution.
Thanks for your time end help!

Okay, so it's affected by https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/4123. I wonder why the PR that's listed as an optimization ended up making it slower...
Does this happen both with dual core and single core?
You might want to make an issue report at https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/projects/emulator.

I haven't changed anything in settings, so I guess its dual core.
I'll test everything that will help to fix this issue once I get home from work, which will be after weekend..
Thanks.

..so the speed is pretty much the same (slow) with dual or single core :'(

Okay. Please report it on the issue tracker with that detail included – it will help us keep track of the issue.
