Uncheck "Skip EFB Access from CPU". And try to set the Safe Texture Cache to the middle or the lowest value.

Done it, still having the same problem.
Is weird isnt it?
I havent seen any other posting the same problem with this game.

Yup i have.Both of them are showing the same problem.
Ive tried old builds like 6505 and the newest with and without ICC, still the same.
Ima try one more build i just found i had.Will report in 2 minutes XD

BTW, I have to thank you for the fast response to my issue, is really nice to see how nice the community is

Hmm, that's possible.
Could you verify, by using the build nosound used for his video?
Try Dolphin R4361 and see if it works correctly there.

Yup , that rev work without the shadow bug tho is really slow for some reason and i cant map the PS2 pad right for some reason.
At least we found the problem
I guess ill play with the shadows bug for a while till some other revs come out to try, is not game braking , rather anoying sometimes .

BTW , any idea why the save states for this game crash? as the shadow bug, any rev after the one u gave me has that problem as well :S

Have you tried with EFB Copies to RAM? The old revision you've just tried might have it by default (or at least in the .ini file). That could explain why it's slower

Yeah, still really slow compared to ICC builds.I get 30FPS steady and i even have to limit it to 30 or it will go to 40 in some places.
With the R4628 cant get a steady fps , it jumps from 20 to 29/30 all the time.
As i said is not that bad tho is anoying :S
Im more concerned about the game crashing when loading save states.Ingame saves work perfect tho.
