Why are you all complaining about OSes, which is faster or not? I have Vista and 7 on dual boot, both work the same, now stop complaining.

Might aswell swap out the CPU rather than the OS, or get a cooler and OC like a son of a mudda.
Oses do not matter. They are within 3 fps of each other, and that's within margin of error.

Vista=Win7, win7 is only like 0.9 faster than vista ... the good thing is that Win7 doesnt need that much hardware, but again, they are not that different ... ok, now to the topic... NO your PC wont run dolphin smoothly because of your processor, you go get a new one ....I recomend a corei7 3.0Ghz ... they are not that expensive anymore... good luck!
