I haven't yet tried a different program, but the one I have loaded into the Dolphin program has serious frame rate issues, I've messed with a few settings but not entirely sure what I am doing, basically in the 4.0.2 version for windows it will start with 60 fps, then drop to 4-10, in the 5.0.0 version it simply crashes, what are the settings to change on the two to fix the issues?
Your CPU is really slow, and that is the performance you should expect.
To make it so Dolphin doesn't crash anymore, go to My Documents and delete the Config folder inside Dolphin Emulator.
Don't use 4.0.2 as it is slower and buggier than 5.0
