Hello, I'm terribly sorry if the solution to this problem is posted elsewhere, but I have not found it. I do recall that I, at one point, found it on the wiki post about Skyward Sword, but I didn't see it listed when I checked just now after returning from a gaming hiatus of sorts.

EDIT: Shortly after posting this, I have found the solution. For those who may be curious, it is fixed by checking "ignore format changes."
