Full Version: Transferring Pokemon Colosseum/XD Pokemon to GBA versions?

So I want to bring several Pokemon from Colosseum/XD to one of the GBA games (Emerald/Firered). Can I do this through dolphin?

If you have them both on your computer, yes. Dolphin can't connect to a real GBA
