Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I have the most recent version of Dolphin (5.0). Every time I boot up Brawl, it always gives me a black screen. The game will not load. It won't even take me to the Wii strap-on instruction menu. I kept trying to start the game and even waited for like 30 minutes or so, and it still won't load. Any reason why this keeps happening? My copy of the game works great, so I don't know why my iso doesn't. I really love the emulator, but I really want Brawl to work. Thanks for the help!!!

Did you verify your game when you dumped it? If not, find the MD5 of the game by right-clicking on it in Dolphin's list, go to properties, and under the Info tab, compute the MD5. Then compare it to a know good MD5 from a website like GameTDB.
