So before i ask the thing that most of you except i will clear some things:

-I have tried to use Google and Youtube to see if any configuration that could work
-I have searched on other forums about my PC specifications
-I have googled all of my PC specifications to see if something would help
-I have searched here for about 2 days to see if something related to my PC specifications would work
-I have downloaded lots of nightly builds and so official releases...
...

And still i haven't managed to make work Dolphin on my PC

Here are my PC specifications:

-Intel Pentium Dual CPU E220 2.20 GHz
-RAM Memory: 8GB
-Windows 7 Enterprise x64
-Gateway PC GT3088M
-Nvidia GeForce GT 430

The only game is want to run is MkWii, i just wan't the game to go faster

Im sorry if im bothering anyone by asking this.

Thank you

-Mary
You won't be able to run any game at playable speed with 2007 CPU . That CPU doesn't meet the requirement to run Dolphin
https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/#which-...ould-i-use
If you want to run most games at full speed , you will have to upgrade to i3 6100 (you will have to replace mobo to H110 and Ram to DDR4)
MKWii isn't a lightweight game , there is no magic can help your CPU run faster
Alternatively, if you want something cheaper, an overclocked G3258 isn't a bad choice too, though that's great if the PC is intended to be primarily used for Dolphin.

Also, your amount of RAM is in most cases irrelevant. (unless you have an absurdly low amount of memory)
