Any game i play is fine in menus but the second i get into actually gameplay, gameplay, or anything that isn't the menu.
What do you mean by unplayable? Bad performance? Crashes? Graphical glitches? Gameplay glitches? Error messages?
horrible performance, fps drops, and stuttering. No crashes, glitches, or error messages. Just as soon as i get ingame the lag counter spikes and fps tanks.

Ok, First of all, Dolphin need to compile your game's shader cache, so it will stutter no mater what PC you have. Second, Make sure you have all of your drivers Updated, as well as VC2015 redist x64 installed. Then make sure you have the latest Dolphin Build and verify if problem persist.
