Err, ok, back to the topic now. The OP probably have a RVL-CNT-01-TR, so, the options you have to connect it on Windows are:
* On Windows 8 or newer, just use the default Microsoft BT stack (that won't work on Windows 7, the BT stack bundled with it is buggy)
* On any Windows version supported by Dolphin, connect through a MayFlash Dolphin Bar
* On any Windows version as well, use Toshiba BT stack (it can be a little tricky to setup, try only as last resort)
