I am planning on getting a different laptop around November this year. Is there any laptop that anyone knows of that can run Dolphin well, is 17.3 inches and is 450 dollars or under?

You'll want at least a haswell based laptop that isn't a ULV CPU. And if you want anything above 1.5 or 2x resolution, a dedicated GPU.

A laptop that can run most games at full speed must have the same specs as Dell 7559 ($800)
