Put Retro Studios back on Metroid. These Federation Force guys can make Mario Party or some shit. Come up with a new Super Mario 3D game, otherwise just make Super Mario Galaxy 3. Try not to delay Breath of the Wild to 2018, please. Resurrect Iwata and feed him some bananas. And send the elite Nintendo Seal team to Niantic, to assist in making Pokemon Go suck less.
I'm waiting for another legitimate Metroid game (I'd prefer another Prime but either 2D or 3D works; Federation Force doesn't cut it for me) and another 3D Mario game with more cutscenes and dialogue (e.g. Sunshine/Galaxy). [Edit: Basically what KHRZ said.]
On top of that, a Smash Bros. installment with each fighter having costumes beyond retextures would also be nice (I'm thinking each of Link/Samus's costumes based on their different games).
Yup wiiu is a dead horse now. Now we wait until fall to find out what the hell the nx is. Seriously the wait is killing me. Ubisoft and Reggie statements about it has me a bit worried, but with the games that are coming for it, I'm definitely going to give it a go.

[rant] The NX rumors are starting to get on my nerves a bit. They've gone from the NX being a home console to a hybrid to a handheld to being an android device. The thing that bothers me the most though is that people tend to believe these rumors as fact based on previous patents or random users on Twitter or Neogaf. Also, any "news site" that refers to their sources as simply "reliable sources" is a red flag in my book. The worst part of all of this is that when the NX is finally revealed, plenty of people will be mad at Nintendo for it not being a home-hybrid-handheld-cartridge-based-android-microwave-oven-massaging-chair with a portal to another dimension. It reminds me of how many people were confused that the Wii U wasn't just a controller, except this time it is almost solely the media that is spreading this misinformation and not Nintendo themselves.
