i bought my new computer an archos 140 cesium and i have tried to play gameCube and wii game

Sadly my computer is not good to play it, i have only 11 fps :'(

There is no magic can help Dolphin run faster on a slow computer .
Old Dolphin version is unsupported here . Unfortunately , you can't use latest Dolphin on x86 system
Apparently , there is no tablet can run most games at full speed . May be 4->8 years later if you can wait
As for mobile gaming device , Dell 7559 ($800) is recommended

You can do that if you have Nvidia graphic card on your main desktop PC and Nvidia Shield as streaming device
Edit : The NVidia card must not be too old (GTX 6xx or newer card)

but u can't use it on evry device, so is bad !

You can use it on pretty much any pc or laptop as long as youre using chrome with gamestream, not just the nvidia shield.
