I am lee from India. I love to play games and watch movies. I want Picture Quality, Performance, Best Price. I am very confused between these two. Can anyone tell which is better for me and why?
If you want to watch movies in the highest quality available, get PS3. If you wanna play games in the highest quality available, get Xbox 360.

I think xBox has a really good Quality and Grafic !! RE 5 is the best Game for it I think !

I really should have no opinion on the topic seing that I only own a 360. But in my opinion the 360 is better. The price of the 360 is 300 for the highest model (hdmi port, hdmi cable, 120gb hard drive) while the ps3 is 300 (no hdmi, cable, and a small hdd) imo blue ray isnt that nessacary but you may think differently.
n64 or sega dreamcast is the best choice (no kidding)

Its really gonna depend on preference. If you go ps3 go get the 1 generation of it. It has the full ps2 in it. DO NOT get the newest ps3. it has no output to 1080p unless you have a sony bravio tv, nor does it allow for linux. that being said, I prefer the ps3 over the 360 as of right now. The last 2 gaming quarters have had some really good ps3 exclusives. 360 has good ones to but I prefer a bit more variety and free online. Its really tick for tat on either console. My biggest draw to the ps3 was playing my old ps2 rpgs, hooking up a logitech g25 for any racing game, and have a tv computer. When you get down to it, 360 has amazing fps exclusive (Halo 3, ODST, and gears 2) a good racing sim (forza 2 and 3) good role playing (Fable 2), and some nice indie DLC games. My thing on the 360 is that alot of there exclusives come to PC (couple halo's, gears 1 etc etc) while ps3's don't.
I really leaned toward ps3 because of that. The problem was that the ps3 didn't have a lot of exclusives until this year. I say go research games you like and buy whichever console has the most games you like.
I would go with the xbox; I don't like GIANT ENEMY CRABS that much, lol
Endless Racism against the Ps3
By the looks of it, there wont be a Ps4.. Ever.
I don't have either PS3 or Xbox 360, but might buy one of them sooner or later as this generation seems like it will last long. Multiplatform games I can get for PC, so what matters most to me are exclusives. I can't think any exclusives I want for Xbox 360, (Halo: Nah.) so I'm kinda waging against the PS3 because of games like Metal gear Solid 4, though seeing many of the PS3 exclusives going to Xbox 360, I might buy it after all since it's cheaper. BUT I'll probably want a blue-ray player within a few years, and I'm not buying a stand-alone Blue-ray player when i can get it cheaper with a PS3...
These are my concerns anyway. For casino1234, unless there's specific exclusives you really want, or if you don't plan to get a blue-ray player, go with the cheaper Xbox 360, as there's tons of great multiplatform games to buy anyway, and it has the best (but costly) online.
Anyway, none of these consoles will get their hands on Nintendo's godly games, only Dolphin have the honor of HD'ing them
