I prefer keyboard / mouse control in some games, and wiimote in other games. There are already presets useable, I would like to see them as setting value in game settings.

We don't have that on the GUI but you can already assign controller presets to specific games through Game INI...

I saw it working pretty well in a games repainted stream video switching between different repainted textures by distance.

I think he wasn't asking about fixing broken LOD, but implementing it in games where it doesn't exist, or enhancing it in those where it does. This would definitely require per-game hacks of a considerable complexity, and even then, the emulated console may limit its scale - even the most complex action replay or gecko code can't give the emulated console more memory, for example.

Thanks, will have a look. This stands with my point three: GUI for those config settings.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

The polygons count (I hope Im calling it corectly) drops to obviously even if Im not that far from the object. It would be awesome if we could change the value with codes when this happen.

I think it was made this way to help performance of this game on Wii (originally developed for ps3/360 console)
But we dont need this "help" thanks to the Dolphin and todays PCs.

Any ideas?
You'd have to figure out how to do that per-game using codes. But assuming the game did this for performance, you would then have to overclock the emulated GC CPU in Dolphin to compensate.
