I have a perfect dumped frames file and a dumped audio file. My issue is that I can't find a consistent method of merging the two without losing video or audio quality. Is there something easy that I have overlooked? I've tried several video editing programs, but they either downscale, or leave a watermark.

I don't want to edit the video, just add audio to the existing file.
MKVmerge/MKVToolNix will do exactly what you want. MKV files are super convenient, since it's just adding an audio track to a video file.
Yep, that's exactly what I was looking for! Thanks!
