no. Default settings are mostly as fast as you can get.
Your phone is both too slow hardware-wise nor does it support what Dolphin needs to be faster.

Nice haha. I have the phone (Xiaomi MI5) but I don't know how to configure it because I always have the virtual buttons on the same place...
Edit: Okay, I solved the buttons problem but now any version that supports moving virtual buttons won't launch games properly. Help please.

Configure the buttons on an old version, like you have, and now you can update to the newest version and the configurations will stay.
