Hi. Could anyone send me a dolphin-emu folder eith some good high speed configurations and mapping. Im getting really low fps and i know this cellphone can do better beacouse i saw a video with a guy with the same phone getting good fps. Thanks!

You haven't mentioned what device you have.
Anyways, Android Dolphin is slow on everything. The nvidia shield TV can play a small handful at full speed. devices with SD 820 CPUs can also run a small handful at full speed.
Regardless, it's pretty much unusable for most people. Sorry. Might get better when GPU drivers get better, but don't get your hopes up.
I am using a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro with an hexa core processor. I don't know if i can play at like 20fps but it's worth giving a try. I just want the configurations for max speed and mappings , beacouse for some reason in some games i cant click on any key. like start for example(On sonic heroes)

snapdragon 820, + QC ES 3.2 driver. Bad luck, there is no such device available right now...
So you know which one to buy
Actually there are very few S820 devices running ES 3.2:
1. S7 Snapdragon variant
2. Xiaomi Mi 5 / Pro
3. Oneplus 3 running Cyanogen
I've seen Mi 5 on eBay UK, someone was selling used one for £259
So... Can i have a good config for high speed? Also can i play new super mario bros on my ps3 controller?
