Leaving the heavy Emulators on the PC, i found that Xperia Z4 Tablet and the Galaxy Tab S2 for 350.- each with both featuring 32GB Storage and LTE. With mixed Reviews on those Devices, what would you Guys get if you had the Choice?
Well , it's up to you to make the choice . As for me I don't bother with tablet that doesn't have a full size USB 3.0 port .
My Celeron N2807 @ 1.58GHz tablet (Windows 10 x64) can run most emulators full speed except Dolphin since that processor is lack of DX12 support . Of course , PCSX2 is a no too
PSX and PSP games run at 720p just fine and I can plug my controller anytime anywhere I want . I hate wireless controller and touchscreen control but that's just my 2 cents
I already have Android phone that is capable of gaming without overheating . Android tablet is just dumb for me (may be not if it has full size USB 3.0 port )

Sadly it's currently a Kickstarter. To get an Update out: I'm looking to get the Xperia Z4 Tablet (350$), since everything else is just to expensiv for what's Inside. I might have to cut the big Emulators but i'm sure the Z4 will perform greatly with the "easy" Emulations.
Would you Guys recommend me good PSX, PSP, N64, Dreamcast and GBA Software for Android? I don't mind if i have to pay as long as it's good.
Well, Z4 Tablet uses Snapdragon 810 which is known for having overheat issues. However, since it's a tablet and it's bigger than a smartphone, it may dissipate the heat better....

Drastic is the only good one for Ds but its a paid one. Works great though
Reicast is the only decent one for Dreamcast, but its not supported anymore and it doesn't even have save states, plus it can't run in the background so it resets as soon as you minimize it or get a call, iirc.
Have you considered the old k1 nvidia tablet? It should be able to run them all just fine.

I actually found someone selling the Shield Tablet K1 LTE (32GB, Android 6.0) including the Cover, Charger and Stylus. I'm in Talk to get it right now. After looking into the Tegra K1 "Logan" i was a bit shocked to see that a 2+ Years old CPU beats the Eynos 5433, SD810 and even the Exynos 7460 (SGS6) in a lot of Benches. Not to forget the strong GPU!
I really like this Tablet, but i really would love a 10" Screen. I'll update you Guys if i can get my Hands on it.
Update: I bought the Shield Tablet K1, 32GB, LTE! As stated above i'll get the Cover, the Stylus and the Charger with it. Fairly happy with the Price of 260.-, since you can't get the 32GB LTE Version in Switzerland and all the good Accessories come with it.
I'd like to give my Thanks to all the People here that tock their Time to help me with my Request. I'll definitly revisit this Community on regular Basis!
