Heyy I'm trying to get The Simpsons Hit and Run to work but it only seems to stay on this screen right here, I've not changed any settings so i'm not sure what's going on.
Other games I've testing seem to run fine with no Issues.
I'm using the Latest Dolphin btw.
odd to see VPS 0 - 0% means the emulator is not running at all
i dont think that is directx... or it wouldn't even get to there... but you could try to reinstall the directx
maybe changing graphics > backend to some Direct3D
Right click on the ISO and recheck the md5 hash.

Select Properties in the right-click menu, then go to the Info tab. There's a Compute button there that will give you the MD5 hash.

Oh it is after about a Second the fps and everything kicks in, It just stays on that Intro Screen.
Look:
yeah it could be anything... you can try and take a look at the log file:
check View > Show Log Configuration
Verbose to Warning
check Logger Outputs to Write to File
click Toggle All Log Types to check all
run the game and wait a few moments
then attaching the Logs\dolphin.log
