Switching to d-input (the android indicator) does work on my matricom, with the limitation that analog input doesn't work on the triggers.
Looking at the bugtracker, this this has been a known issue in Dolphin for some time, so nothing to do here but hope it gets fixed or dive into Dolphin's innards ourselves. Does anyone know what the issue actually is or have anything actionable on this?
I too have this problem and it is quite annoying. My Gamesir G3 works very well for the most part, I wish I could use joytokey and just map the X Y and B buttons to random keys on the keyboard, But The dolphin emulator won't allow multi controller bindings. This was also a problem when I tried to use my New 3ds as a controller. I wish Dolphin had a less constrictive control mapping scheme.
Dolphin does allow multi-controller bindings. Right-click on a button, and you'll be able to select a different device for it.
There is actually a pull request in progress that might fix this problem, but we unfortunately don't have any builds for it right now due to a buildbot problem...
