SOrry, I didn't know if this is what you wanted to see.
When the Steam Link has the controllers connected it seems that Dolphin can't detect them. It only shows the keyboard, which is weird because I can still play with one controller and that doesn't make sense if it can't detect one.
Does it function as a controller in windows?

Yeah, when they're plugged into the computer, I use InputMapper and it registers all the controllers as Xbox Controllers. When I connected it directly Dolphin can detect them.
You shouldn't need to use external input mappers. Can you try without?
