So I recently bought a Steam Link and everything related to games running on Steam are perfect. My problem lies with me trying to play a Dolphin game through Steam with multiple computers.
the Steam Link can connect my two PS4 controllers perfectly with no problem. I can use both of them in Steam Big Picture mode and they both work. But when I launch a Dolphin game, for this example Mario Party 6, only the first controller works, and it controllers both players.
So I assume that because Steam Link is in control of the two controllers, it's not telling Dolphin that their are two controllers connected.
What ever the problem is, can it be fixed and how?
Dolphin 5.0
What controller is in the dropdown?

The standard controller
I have all 4 configured to be standard controllers

Hit configure in the controller spot. Does multiple steam controllers show up? This is what shows up when my 2 port gamecube adapter is plugged in.

I'll get back to you later today, I'm away from my computer.
I'll post a screenshot

So I checked the controller, and when Steam Link is on I don't even see the controllers being detected by Dolphin. My guess is that because the controllers are connected through Steam Link the computer doesn't detect them, so then Dolphin doesn't see the either.
I mean configure in dolphin. I suspect they are both mapped to the same controller.

When I hit configure, and have my controllers connected through Steam Link, no controllers even show up in the dropdown, only the keyboard.

And yet you control player 1 with either controller?

No, sorry, I'm not being very clear. The first PS4 controller is the only one that works. It controls both characters and the other controller doesn't respond at all. So if I opened Smash Bros. it would have the first controller move both cursors on the character select screen while the second couldn't move at all.
