Your gpu could still lower the fps, even with your cpu. I doubt it would be playable. What would a gpu price range be?

For a low priced gpu i recommend the gt 730 https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=gt+730 but make sure you get the Kepler varient as you get dx12 on windows 10.

Really worthless on almost any other country, and right now everything is expensive in Venezuela, like more important things, so thanks for helping but theres nothing to do now.

If you mean 8000 - 1190 Venezuelan Bolívar, the gt 750 is ~ 8000. If you need to spend money on necessities do that, though.
