idk, if this is a wii game check the Config > Wii > Aspect Ratio to the same you want for the game this fix lots of games Widescreen Hacks on 5.0 also try setting MSAA to None or Force Texture Filtering

Pokemon XD is a GC game, and we've tried fixing the aspect ratio to no avail.
