How can I get past this save from a save state, I kinda had to remove/reset dolphin to default settings and the only way I found out how to was uninstalling it.

Wondering If I can make a save from the save states I had.

Pokemon games really hate if you try and fuck with their save files on memory cards. You need that original memory card with the original save file.

Do not use savestates. If you really have to, only use them between saving regulary, and don't load a savestate from before writing something to the memory card. And if the game automatically saves, that means do not use savestates at all.

So I am guessing I should start from scratch? not that ahead so I'll be fine.

Probably, just make sure not to use savestates next time (or make memory card back ups or something).
