Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Whatever I try, I can't seem to get my Wii U adapter working. It used to work in the past, but now it works with no dolphin version.

There is no second Dolphin version running.
I can't seem to locate the option direct input.
The adapter is detected, because I can assign buttons with the option: "standard controller".

I have tried reinstalling the driver.
I have tried reinstalling Dolphin.
I have tried reinstalling Windows.

Nothing works. And I am out of ideas.


I'm running version 5.0-78.
EDIT: Specified I was talking about the Wii U Adapter.

How you set it up has changed. Instead of enabling a Direct Input option, you now have to set the controller type dropdown to GameCube Adapter for Wii U.

If you can assign buttons using the adapter, Dolphin's native support isn't going to work. If you have a Mayflash 4-port adapter and want to use Dolphin's native support, you need to set the adapter to Wii U mode.

I already put it on Gamecube Adapter for Wii U. It said it's not detected.
I also have the official Nintendo adapter.

What drivers are you using?

I used this guide: http://m4sv.com/page/wii-u-gcn-usb-driver
I have used in the past without any problems.

I'm a moron, using that guide makes it work instantly.
