there is a bug with the new version of dolphin affecting the game Spectrobes origins, whenever i play the game it randomly starts flashing a black screen. i do not know what causes it but its making the game unplayable.

Try enabling Virtual XFB. Normally Dolphin will enable this for you when playing Spectrobes Origins, but it will get overridden if you open the graphics configuration while playing.
