There is also a check box on individual game options to turn off panoramic mode, but doesnt get the same effect.

It s just what Im looking for, an ini line that does the same as changing wii dolphin settings to 4.3.

The thing is, developers work on what they want to. If you really so want to get this fixed, then don't wait for things to happen; if you can, change the code and submit a PR. If not, asking again and again is not going to change anything.
