That's what I use, with a bluetooth dongle in my pc's usb port and a cheap sensor bar I bought off Ebay. Support for the -TR wiimotes came about with build 4.0-8325, although I've only used it with Windows 8.1.1 and Windows 10.

Just going to have to take a chance on the return postage then. Still fuming. I'll let ya know if it works.

You should buy Zelda limited edition Gold Wiimote instead , it had been released before the stupid Nintendo made change in wiimote (Wiimote TR)

I wish that was an option. That thing is double the price, not including postage, which is insanely high for Australia. I'd be looking at almost three times the price of a Wiimote and Nunchuck, if I was lucky. Still, I asked for one that's guaranteed to work, so thank you.
