The banned message happened to everybody and was due to an error with our proxy system.

As for why this happened, I suspect it was because you dropped vcredist DLLs into Dolphin's directory like you're not supposed to, instead of properly installing it using the link we give at the top of the download page.

Also antivirus software likes to block pretty much everything.
