Does Dolphin actually load the requested IOS for a game/channel if its there, or does it high-level emulate the IOS only?

It only HLE's the IOS, if we wanted to emulate it, need a ARM9 Starlet chip emulator.

On the disc the mii channel is RVL-NigaoeNR-v4.wad.out.wad
It runs well on current revision, and I can create miis using it

how well does wiisports play. If this has been asked please point me in the right direction, I have searched already. I'm particularly curious how responsive the wiimote is in a windows environment? Take care everyone and great work, hope the development continues on this path.
I heard that there is no special settings to play Wii Sports well. It depends on your PC's power.

except it has a few graphics issues D:
Hmmm.... Something is wrong with me then, it crashes every time I try to create a mii, no exceptions... I have aways the newest revs... Any help?
My graphics card is a bit old, I have to buy a new one, anyway I don't think that would affect this way...
Sorry for my bad english!
