Better compatibility for games, sure.

I don't think we're going to become leaps and bounds faster on GPU again.

Hmm.. any suggestions for a version that would be good for my laptop for the time being? Nvidia 8600M GT and Intel Core 2 Duo. (yeah I know, terrible specs lol)
mmm... Probably the build right before integer math.

Ugh no, still no luck Sad . It was a newer version than this but I have no idea at all what it was...
Then it's probably a settings difference.

EDIT: What games are you trying to play, I bet I could get it to run better for you.

Games like MK Double Dash, New Super Mario Bros, SSBB, etc. Not games that are very demanding in graphics and CPU load.
Can you post your graphics settings? Mario Kart Wii got EFB Access to CPU added.

NSMBWii and SSBB I'd have to see your graphics settings and whatnot to know what's going on there.

The problem mostly for me is finding a good build for my computer. I fiddle around with the settings quite a bit.
I'm going to guess the OpenMP texture decoder isn't helping in your case and is probably part of the slowdown. Also, for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, latest dev builds will definitely be fastest. No need for EFB Copies to RAM for animated coins.
